Owned and operated by Cliff and Merlynne Parker, Landscape Spray Service has been a fixture in the McMinnville community for years.

Ray Carter, general manager for General Tree Service has known Cliff for over 30 years so he’s familiar with the exceptional service that Cliff provided to his customers.
He wants to assure all of Cliff’s customers that General Tree wants to continue the same quality service to which they have come accustomed.
We already have some customers in McMinnville as we’ve been providing commercial services for Adec since March of 2004. So, with over 90 years of service to Portland Oregon, the Willamette Valley and SW Washington, we are happy to expand our presence in the McMinnville area.
We like to say we are big enough to provide all the tree, shrub and plant care you need but small enough to care for each customer as if they’re our ONLY customer.

MCMINNVILLE AREA REPRESENTATIVE SCOTT LEE
Scott Lee has been working in the landscape industry for over 30 years and 20 of those years have been with General Tree. As a long-time employee, he’s held many different positions though he’s most excited about his new position as the McMinnville representative.
He’s ready to continue Cliff’s exceptional service and looks forward to meeting every customer to see if he can help them with additional services to make their lives easier.
Search and Rescue work
Dedicated to doing more, Scott is affiliated with Guide Dogs for the Blind and raises puppies for them. This work led to a second role with Search and Rescue when he started as a member of the Yamhill County Sheriff’s office SAR unit in 2004.
He began training his first SAR dog Lopez in Area Search and Water Recovery and in 2006, they became a certified team. They immediately began deployment around the state on numerous search and rescue missions. In 2010, Scott acquired K9 ‘Nexus’ and began training him in search and rescue while at the same time, slowly easing Lopez into retirement.
Scott and Nexus have now joined the Mountain Wave Search and Rescue team in Clackamas County where they are active in upwards of 50 deployments a year. They traveled to the Oso Washington mudslide disaster in 2014 and continue to deploy on a frequent basis throughout Oregon and Washington.
